We want you to love your handcrafted Chan Luu pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original jewelry pouches or boxes and include the packing slip before sealing the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
